Delegates will be provided with the following materials for the Cultural Exhibition:
- Display Panel: 1m wide x 2.25m tall
- Table: 0.61m x 1.83m (2ft x 6ft)
The exhibition is to last about 1.5 hours.
Each country will be allocated a booth so collaboration between schools of the same country is needed. Do communicate with the delegates from other schools to come up with a unified and well-planned exhibition.
Actions to be taken
One representative from each country is required to send in a Logistics List for their
Cultural Exhibition via email to email@example.com with email subject title “Cultural Exhibition_[Country Name]” and document named "[Country Name]_Cultural Exhibition Logistics List" by Sunday 25th June 2017 (SGT).
