Dear Teachers and Delegates,

We are extremely pleased to be able to host your delegation for the HC-APYLS 2016 held from 18 to 26 July 2016.

Please refer to the instructions below for registration.

1. Individual Submissions

ALL delegates & teacher chaperons are to complete the following.

1. Click on either the "Delegate Registration" or "Teacher Registration" button below to access and complete an online form.

2. Use the upload tool below to upload an individual photo of yourself.


Photos should fulfil these requirements:
  • Formal photo
  • Dimensions: 400 (Width) x 514 (Height) in pixels
  • File Name: “DelegatePhoto_SchoolName

    e.g. “DelegatePhoto_

  • 2. Group Submissions

    Teacher Chaperons should supervise the following.

    1. Prepare one PDF file comprising

    a) Scanned copies of Teacher Chaperon and Students' Passports
    (Page with Photo Identification and the Date it Expires) AND

    b) Completed Parent's Consent Forms of all participants from your school. Ensure that all forms are duly signed. Click on the button below to download a copy of the form.

    2. Upload this PDF file using the Upload tool below


    PDF File should fulfil these requirements:
  • In PDF format ('.pdf' extension)
  • File Name: “Info_YourSchoolName.pdf”,

  • 3. Flight Details

    Teacher Chaperons, please click on the
    button below and fill in your school's flight details.


    Arrival: Before 17 July 2016 (Sunday), 1400h
    Departure: After 27 July 2016 (Wednesday), 0800h.

    The Pre-departure Sheet provides the fundamental information for all delegates and teacher chaperons to prepare for the Summit.

    Personal Data Protection Act

    Where Hwa Chong Institution receives any personal data (as defined by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012(“PDPA”) from participants of the Hwa Chong Asia-Pacific Young Leaders Summit 2016 (HC-APYLS), it shall ensure that it fully complies with the provisions of the PDPA and only deals with the data to fulfill its obligations as the summit organizer.
