The Pre-Departure Information Sheet has been uploaded and can be downloaded here or under the "Quicklinks" menu. It contains details regarding registration and arrival procedures, emergency contacts, as well as the recommended packing list for this year's HC-APYLS, which can also be found under the "About APYLS" menu.
Do ensure that all the relevant steps stated in the guide have been completed prior to your arrival at Hwa Chong Institution (HCI) this coming July 2013.

Registration Matters
Dear Teachers and Participants,
Greetings!
We are very excited and are looking forward to hosting your delegation this year at the 7th HC-APYLS which will be held from 22 to 30 July 2013! Here are some details regarding the registration process that you may require. Registration for the HC-APYLS ends on 29th March 2013, 2359h.
1. Registration for students nominated by your school
Selected students may submit their registration on this website-- http://www.hci.sg/HCIWeb/apyls/2013. Please note that students should have at hand a softcopy of their formal (passport) photograph for uploading purposes before they can submit their registration. They will also be instructed to print out, sign and submit their indemnity form to you.
2. Registration for the accompanying teacher chaperon
Teacher chaperons may submit their registration on this website-- http://www.hci.sg/HCIWeb/apyls/2013. Do note that teacher chaperons will need some items at hand to complete the online registration as well. The items include (1) a softcopy (passport) photo which will be used in our publications, (2) one PDF file of all the indemnity forms and passport photocopies from the respective school (students and teacher chaperons)
3. Flight details
Kindly also submit the delegations flight details on http://www.hci.sg/HCIWeb/apyls/2013. Do be sure to arrive before 21 July 2013, 1400h and book flights that depart after 31 July 2013, 0800h.
